What Does Your Typical Day Look Like?

• Bring work boots in a bag and lock for locker (lock not provided).
• 45-minute paid orientation; Practice quality control, packaging, or (un)loading Ferrero products. 
• Maintain good hygiene -- employees work closely on the line; wear deodorants and change into clean shirts daily.
• No cell phones, pictures, or videos allowed in plant. Automatic dismissal. There is no cell service except in the main lunchroom.
• No peanut products allowed (shelled peanuts, peanut butter, granola bars, etc.).
• No smoking on Ferrero premises.

Note: $15 swipe card deduction (reimbursed after assignment).

• After receiving a swipe card, you may park in the OUTSIDE parking lot, on the left, closer to the building
• Enter through Guard house 4 turnstile

We take the safety of our employees very seriously. That is why we require all employees to report any safety incidents to your Ferrero supervisor and your Talent Advisor, including:

• Accidents
• Near misses
• Unsafe work conditions
